Randy began his public accounting career at Harris and Gifford in Providence, RI, which led to a partnership in Libby, Dittmar and Shah.  He and colleague Duncan McNeil formed Dittmar and McNeil, CPAs, Inc., in Warwick, RI.  Dittmar McNeil & Ferolito, CPAs, Inc. was created in 2003 when the principals merged with Gorman & Ferolito CPAs, Inc.

He specializes in planning, supervising and completing audits of for-profit and non-profit organizations and pension plans; preparation of financial statements; all phases of tax compliance; and consultation for accounting systems, and internal control systems.  He helps individuals and corporations with tax planning and tax returns and offers insight into estate planning issues.

When not orchestrating financial plans for clients, Randy is an avid bowler and also enjoys singing tenor in the Lakewood Baptist Church choir and the Rotary Club Singers.
